领导迟迟不找我谈话是什么原因呀
前段时间提了一下要领导给我涨工资，领导当天说找我谈，但是由于忙没有谈成，后来过了几天我提醒了一下领导，但当时因为开会又没谈。
这几天迟迟不找我谈涨工资的事情是什么原因？
