For your house direction, I would suggest to obtain 2 of the following:
1. From the HDB. Just send them an email to obtain the readings.
2. From the middle of your house. Use a compass to do it.
As there are many schools in Feng Shui, the approach and method may be different also. Hence, providing comprehensive information allows more experts from different areas to help you.
As for the floor plan, it will be helpful to include some necessary furnitures. For e.g., your bed position, sofa, TV set, etc.
Lastly, in 六法 fengshui, bedroom 2 is not ideal. Can you provide us more details about your elder son as well?

If you are living at the stated address in your floor plan, your facing should be around 190 degree.
Nevertheless, can you provide us the details of the occupants in each room? Is your youngest son living in Bedroom2? Elder son in Bedroom 3?
