I came to this website to 论命 because I like the style of this website manages the 中华文化 and most important, people I meet here. They are good.I not only don’t have the Chinese typing program installed in my Thailand computer, I also very slow in typing Chinese. I used to write when in Malaysia as I have a good Chinese writing tablet and program installed there.
Of course, I do not need to explain all these at here.
But I think language used is not a big problem in helping or assisting someone on their fate analysis.Do you know what is important for ALL Chinese people?
One out of many, it is the culture.Do you know why nowaday, many non-Chinese people learn Chinese or Mandarin?
Because they want our precious inheritance…….The Chinese Culture.Do you know why China well accept worldwide?
Because of the culture that nurture the Chinese people.Do you know why we need to learn language other than our own mother tongue or other languages (English, Thai, German, French, Malay, and so on)?
Because our good attitude of keen on learning(not only to get a goodjob), and humble character to mix around with people all over the world.
Also, we can use our Chinese culture (or may I say that China Chinese Culture) to tell people who don’t know Chinese or Mandarin the correct way about those knowledge belong to our culture.Of course, I wrote all these may not relate to the topic of the discussion here, but to create awareness of humble and tolerance, which is also part of our Chinese Culture.

Regarding the outlook of human being, my advice is that you can pick up later because out look will change depend on the environment, nature, climate or whatsoever factors.
I ever thought of the point that why those ancient telling on outlook with respect to ZiWei DouShu, yet I can not find a good reason to accept this telling.
Here is a short story before I picked up the ZiWei DouShu b myself regading the issue of Out Look in ZiWei DouShu.
I ever saw a Singaporean ZiWei DouShu master used the out look in ZiWei DouShu to confirm a birth chart of a woman, he told the husband and wife that the chart was not belonging to her and insisting this in front of a group of audiences. Didn’t know whether he was unlucky or a bad day, the Taiwanese husband happened to have the basic of ZiWei DouShu and pointed out how he came out the chart with those events that had happened to them before according to Stars and Gong.
I was the organizer and I didn’t know ZiWei DouShu at that time, I ran the event upon a favour for a Singaporean friend. The moment I saw the arguement of that master and the husband, I realized one thing——-the truth and the realistic are two diifferent things, which one you prefer?

Thaksin goes island hopping to Fiji, TongaPublished: 10/07/2009 at 05:28 AMNUKU’ALOFA : Ousted prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra flew to the Pacific islands this week, a Tongan government official says.
“He was here on Tuesday,” the Tongan official, who did not wish tobe named, said yesterday, adding he understood Thaksin left onWednesday for Fiji.“He talked to someone at foreign affairs, who looked after him.”
The official did not give any further information on the purpose of the visit.
Thaksinhad been in Fiji before going to Tonga and a government spokesmanconfirmed he had a meeting on Monday with military ruler VoreqeBainimarama, who overthrew the elected government in a 2006 coup.
“Theysat and discussed some business proposal over dinner and that was it,”government spokesman Neumi Leweni told Fiji commercial radio.
Hegave no further details of the meeting, although reports in Fiji andAustralia suggested Thaksin was offering hundreds of millions ofdollars for investment in return for using Fiji as a base in exile.
The Australiannewspaper said on Friday taht Thaksin was believed to be heading nextfor Port Vila in Vanuatu, where leaders from the Melanesian SpearheadGroup of countries – Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu andFiji – are meeting today.
Thaksin has been living mainly inDubai since fleeing Thailand last year before being found guilty by theSupreme Court’s Criminal Division of Holders of Political Positions inrelation to the Ratchadaphisek land deal. (AFP)

PAD leaders vow to sue PM, police over chargesBy: SURASAK GLAHAN and PRADIT RUANGDITPublished: 10/07/2009 at 12:00 AMNewspaper section: NewsLeaders of the yellow shirt movement are vowingto take police and Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva to court forincriminating them on terrorism and criminal charges over theirblockade of Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports last year.
November-December 2008 Lawyer Suwat Apaipak yesterday said the accused would file criminal and malfeasance charges against the police and Mr Abhisit.
Police last week said they would charge 36 People’s Alliance forDemocracy leaders and key supporters for occupying the two airportsfrom Nov 25 to Dec 2 last year in an attempt to overthrow the SomchaiWongsawat government.
The 36 PAD leaders and supporters, including Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya, will face terrorism charges.
They have been ordered to report to police next Thursday. Mr Kasit reported to the police on Monday and denied all charges.
Mr Suwat said the accused found the charges to be baseless becausethe siege of the two airports “caused no damage to aviation”.
The rest of the accused PAD members will deny the charges when theyreport to police and then lay criminal charges against the policeinvestigation team and Mr Abhisit, he said.
The prime minister was included because he allowed the police toproceed with the action. Mr Abhisit and the police will face criminalcharges for malfeasance and false incrimination, the lawyer said.
Core PAD leader Chamlong Srimuang yesterday insisted he and hiscolleagues were not worried about the charges because they were theproduct of a false allegation.
“We believe the charges are exaggerated and disproportionate foractions of ordinary citizens like us,” Maj Gen Chamlong said. “We’redetermined to take legal action against everyone involved in this moveagainst us.”
National police chief Patcharawat Wongsuwon said the PAD had every right to file a countersuit against the police.
However, he insisted the police had exercised their utmost prudencein considering witness accounts and evidence before deciding to pressterrorism charges against the PAD leaders.
The cabinet yesterday approved 8 million baht in compensation forstate agencies and private companies which helped passengers strandedduring the airport closures, deputy government spokesman SupachaiJaisamut said.
The Transport Ministry initially had proposed the government endorseabout 678 million baht in compensation for affected businesses.
But the cabinet said airlines, including Thai Airways International,and Airports of Thailand had to seek compensation from those who causedthe damage to their business.
The cabinet also acknowledged a report of total losses of 19 billionbaht to the aviation industry as a result of the airport closures. -
Don’t do any quick decision on promising or agree with him.

PM plans to extradite Thaksin from FijiBy: BangkokPost.comPublished: 9/07/2009 at 04:13 PMThe government is liaising with the Fijianauthorities to extradite fugitive former prime minister ThaksinShinawatra back to Thailand, Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said onThursday.
“The government is checking if Fiji has the same extradition law as England,” Mr Abhisit said.Accordingto Pacnews in Fiji, Thaksin met Fijian Prime Minister Commodore VoreqeBainimarama earlier this week and proposed a US$280 million investmentpackage in return for being offered asylum.
The ousted premier was believed to have departed for Tonga on Tuesday on his private jet.
MrAbhisit also said the cabinet meeting next week would considerextending the five short-term economic measures to help low incomeearners.
The measures, introduced during the Samakadministration last year, are free tap water for households using lessthan 30 units a month, free electricity for households using less than90 units monthly, free third class travel on some carriages on trains,free travel on 800 buses of the state-run Bangkok Mass TransitAuthority on 73 routes in the capital and a freeze on the price ofcooking gas. They will expire at the end of this month.
He saidif at least 1.5 per cent of the population are infected with the A/H1N1flu, it would be necessary for the government to abide by theinternational standard and seal the country.
“If the country isclosed, it would not affect the 42nd Asean Meeting in Phuket as thecabinet has agreed to enforce the Internal Security Act in the provincefrom July 10 to 24,” he said.
The regional meeting will take place between July 16 and 23.

Fugitive Thaksin eyes Fiji as shelter : reports
Frank Bainimarama (bbc.co.uk)Fugitiveformer Thai PM Thaksin Shinawatra flew in his Learjet to Fiji for asecret meeting with the controversial prime minister and militarycommander Frank Bainimarama, Fiji and Australia media reportedThursday.
Fiji radio quoted sources as sayingThaksinand his entourage were accorded full VIP treatment.
Meanwhile the Australian online reported Thursday the subject oftheir discussions, held in Bainimarama’s office in Suva on Monday, isunknown, but informed sources in Fiji claimedThaksinwas considering investing $300million in the country.
In return, he would probably be assured safety there fromextradition, if he should choose to use Fiji as one of his bases inexile.Thaksinisparticularly looking for countries that do not have extraditiontreaties with Thailand. Fiji and Tonga seemed to fit the bill.
Thaksin used an assumed name to enter Fiji, although his trueidentity was known to the authorities, who approved his visit inadvance.
After his meetings here on Monday, he spent the night at Suva’s luxurious Holiday Inn hotel before he flew off on Tuesday.
The Thai government has cancelled Thaksin’s Thai passport, and says he is currently using a passport issued by Montenegro.
Thaksinwas believed to be heading next for Tonga and then to Port Vila inVanuatu, which is tomorrow hosting the annual meeting of the heads ofthe Melanesian Spearhead Group of countries — Papua New Guinea,Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Fiji.
The MSG meeting is important for Bainimarama because he will not beable to attend this year’s Pacific Islands Forum summit in Cairns inAugust, as Fiji has been suspended from the Pacific body.
The Fiji economy is in considerable trouble, with tourism in adownward spiral globally as a result of the economic downturn, and withthe other major industry, sugar, suffering from the withdrawal ofsubsidies from the European Union following the failure of the Fijigovernment to announce elections.
Noppadon Patama, Thaksin’s legal adviser, earlier claimed the stopover in Kuala Lumpur was merely in order to refuel the jet.
He said there was no attempt to arrest him in Malaysia. He said foreign leaders were willing to welcome MrThaksinbecause they understood the charges against him were politically motivated.
