Onecan recollect that Laoji left West Valley, leaving behind 5,000 words that arestill as alive as they were in the ancient times. Daoism texts, books andscriptures discuss a wide range of significant and insignificant topics, someof them barely. The content and context of these manuscripts have rarely beentranslated into other languages to benefit non-Chinese speaking people. It isheartening to know that one of my disciples Kerby Kuek, who is well-versed inthe Chinese metaphysics and is relentlessly pursing Dao, has authored thismeaningful book after exhaustive research. This book will be released in theYear of Horse (2014) to benefit all mankind.[/font]

[font=Times New Roman][/font]天序癸巳，菊蕊秋黃，是歡聖教之穎顯，昭隆萬世，道氣長存，遡自老聖西出函谷而遺言五千迺至今世者，道書道籍廣義包涵幾無微而不至者也，包羅萬有，洋洋大觀而能從文演義萬教揚揄神儀奥理，並以多種語文而普及華洋者實罕且稀是也。今教之彥士，本仙之賢徒郭氏翹峰力著義書以倡道版本行世殊多，賢徒精宏地理廣涉玄風，嶺南鑪峯之異士也，其揚道宏理之心昭昭，其書說教演義發微且能流通於俗，是書成於仲秋而發版於甲午，必能一新讀者之耳目矣，本仙嘉勉並筆走一小序哉！
