[font=標楷體][size=14pt]「法國！」一個學生舉手搶答：「法國料理舉世無雙！」[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=標楷體][size=14pt]「是日本！」另一個學生說：「日本的懷石料理簡直就是藝術！」[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
[font=標楷體][size=14pt]另外還有學生說：「是中國四川！四川料理又麻又辣，讓人愈吃愈愛！」[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]

[font=標楷體][size=14pt]教授繼續解釋：「以前的法國不容易吃到新鮮的海產，所以食物才要經過醃漬、熬煮、添加香料；懷石料理發源於京都，京都地處內陸，新鮮食物少又不容易取得，所以靠精緻的擺盤、裝飾取勝；過去的四川也不例外，再加辣、添香，以彌補食才的不足。」[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size]
