Remember the below,
Yourself,
1. Eat more fried ginger. You can keep inside fridge and when needed, just heat it to eat.
2. Do not wash your hair and head and body(just mob) for at least 20 days till 30 days. Main point is not to get cold for yourself.
3. Cover more your body, especially it is going to winter season in HK.
4. Take more heaty food to get rid the air inside your body.
5. Can boil dried Longan and ginger to drink.

Baby,
1. Breast feeding her if possible, for 4 months, else at least 2 months also ok.
2. Try not to use instant diaper but use cloth(made into diaper).
3. Don’t use too much detergent for washing her cloth as to prevent chemical reaction and cause skin sensitivity.
4. Observe her for any 黃膽 symtoms. Since she is in hospital, those nurses will take good care.
5. Try to let her use to drink water. Easy to raise in future.
6. Observe what kind of milk suitable for her, branded milk doesn’t guarantee suitability.
7. Be ware of winter.

Will check and interact more with you when you have time on the kid, like old time, I am providing suggestion and you are the decision maker.
