My dear friend, the call is on you to take up or not for those job which come to you. I can understand how hard to work on a job that not really satisfy us. But, just work on first and see the changes from here. So, the main point here is not whether by July that you can get a job but the year for career is weak.
I am not really understand your following question regarding the main star in your Ming Gong. Can you elaborate more detail, where you find out the main star is either Tian Qi or Tian Liang?

Is your present chemical industry related to pharmaceutical fields? If yes, then you are in the right path and better off, else you will face great competition within the organization this year; but you still have helper(s) to move you away from chaotic condition.
If this year you have an offer from government or hospital sectors, you can consider to take up the oppoturnity, the offering position may not look good as what you are now but the whole package for you is better off.
For relationship with your girl friend, this year possibly have disturbance from third party as well. If convenient, please provide her DOB for further analysis. -
