情人節再發表講話
達辛矢言要回泰國
（曼谷15日美聯電）泰國前首相達辛周六情人節，通過電話向泰國支持者發表談話，矢言有一天會回國。達辛數千名支持者，周六傍晚聚集在曼谷郊區一間寺廟，通過電視螢幕觀看達辛的談話。
達辛說：“今天是情人節，你們熱愛民主的精神，值得表揚。”
達辛這次電話談話長約20鐘。他多次聲稱遭到政治迫害，而他不能回國是因為他認為法庭對他有偏見。
他指出：“民主已被軍方和法庭侵蝕。”
他表示：“我能適應國外的生活，不過我不會客死他鄉客。我準備回國，不過我必須確定我是否獲得公正對待。”
達辛並沒有提及他從什么地方發表這次談話，不過，最近有報導說，達辛在尼加拉瓜或南美洲其他地區。

龔如心陳振聰
定情物馬克杯曝光
（香港15日綜合電）在浪漫的情人節，已故香港華懋集團主席龔如心千億遺產爭奪戰的男主角陳振聰出招，傳來定情信物的照片作愛的見證。它是一隻印有陳振聰與龔如心穿情侶裝的親密合照杯子，杯的另一面寫“Happy Valentine’s Day”（情人節快樂）與21顆心，據稱多年來一直擺放在陳振聰寓所書房的當眼位置。杯子看來很潔淨，像是沒有用過一樣。
據悉，杯子在多年前製成，是情人節紀念信物，獨一無二只此一隻。照片中的龔、陳同時穿上粗間條便裝，一副情侶裝的模樣。龔如心微笑依偎陳振聰，陳振聰的右手則看似搭在小甜甜的肩上，狀甚親暱。杯上龔、陳兩人容貌，與陳振聰前年各傳媒發放的一張影樓合照相似，相信照片大約在90年代拍攝。
雙方有意向和解
龔如心是在1994年形象大變，開始愛梳孖辮，“小甜甜”的外號也由此而起，以此推斷，杯中合照應是1994年后拍攝。
另據知情人士表明，陳振聰一方對于爭產案，始終很想庭外和解，而且準備就緒隨時和解。
另一邊廂，外界盛傳快將塘的龔家也有議和的想法，而且確曾透過中間人穿針引線。現行法例也鼓勵民事訴訟雙方透過協議解決爭訟，而且沒有時限。

UDD to surround Government House Feb 24

TheUnited front for Democracy againstDictatorship Saturday affirmed itwould hold a large-scale rally toencircle Government House on February24, and this rally would beprolonged.

UDD members would amass at Sanam Luang starting 9.00am that day, then marchtowards Government House to take up position fora prolonged demonstration,according to UDD core leader JatupornPrompan. The group would not attempt toseize Government House or anyother offices, said Jatuporn. He said his groupwould not obstruct theASEAN Summit, but it might pay a visit to the Ministry ofForeignAffairs.
The UDD core figure revealed that tickets for thegroup’s fund-raising eventat Don Muang, Bangkokon Saturday had soldout. Regarding conflicts between red-shirt supporters incertainprovinces, Mr. Jatuporn said the core figures have already made itclearthat they would not visit provinces where conflicts were still present.Thegroup’s victory could not be achieved without unity, said the UDDleader.

Thaksin: I’ll rather die than lose

Fugitive former prime minister ThaksinShinawatra made a phone-in to his red-clad supporters on Saturdayevening, saying he is not afraid of death and is ready to return toThailand.
At the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) rallyat Pai Keaw temple in Don Meuang, the ousted premier also criticisedthe government’s efforts to address the local economy.

He saidsolving the economy also requires ingenuity but new ideas cannotflourish in a country without democracy, adding that if someone saysdemocracy is not important, then the person has the wrong idea.

Theexiled ex-prime minister thanked people who support democracy andjustice. He said if Thai people are ready for him to return and wanthim to work for the country.

He said it would be all right if hecould be assassinated upon his return, but everything must be dealtwith in a justified manner. He said he has not been treated fairlysince the formation of the Assets Scrutiny Committee (ASC).

風水師矢奪龔如心遺產
港府適當時介入
（香港14日綜合電）在香港，將于4月底開審的已故華懋集團主席龔如心千億遺產案，週五先于高院預審，聲稱是遺產唯一受益人的“富貴風水師”陳振聰首現法庭，庭內外笑容可掬。陳振聰的律師團則在庭上毫不留情批評華懋慈善基金，遲遲未能交出新加坡醫療專家報告，[color=Red]終逼令華懋慈善基金首度承認“缺乏資金”，才未能依時呈交。[/color]
對于華懋慈善基金資金短缺，代表律政司的資深大律師何沛謙庭上指出，律政司在適當時候“出手”。
23日聆訊
在審訊中採取較主動的角色，替華懋接手官司，但其后律政司發出聲明澄清，就案件現階段發展，律政司暫毋須積極介入有關訴訟。
代表華懋慈善基金的英國御用大律師杰弗里?沃斯直言，華懋慈善基金缺乏財政資源，故未能依時呈交關于龔如心的新加坡醫療專家報告，但強調財政困難只屬暫時性，將于短時間內解決。
法官林文瀚下令華懋于本月23日的聆訊交代資金狀況，雙方並于3月6日前交換專家報告。

阿披實改口承認
泰兵曾虐待緬船民
（曼谷14日法新電）泰國一改過去幾週否認虐待緬甸羅興亞船民的做法，首相阿披實週四承認，泰國軍人曾把這些逃到泰國的緬甸船民，驅趕到公海上。阿披實接受美國有線新聞網（CNN）採訪時說，他還不清楚驅逐這些回教徒船民的行動得到了誰的准許，但表示會進行調查。訪談節目是在週五播出的。
詢及是誰下令把這些人乘坐的小船拖回海上時，阿披實回答：“所有部門都說不是他們准許的，但我有理由相信，這樣的事情確實發生了。”他還說：“只要我能夠掌握是誰這麼做的確切證據，我肯定會處置那些人。”
最近幾周來，先后有數以百計漂浮在印度和印尼海域的羅興亞船民獲救，他們當中有些遍體鱗傷。
羅興亞船民訴說遭泰國軍人關押和毆打，然后又被驅逐到公海上，而且只給他們很少的食物和水。
人權組織擔心，不少船民可能早在漂流途中死亡，媒體已刊登了泰國軍人驅趕船民的照片，美國有線新聞網也播出類似畫面。
然而阿披實卻堅稱，羅興亞船民是由于經濟原因才遷徙的，因此對泰國形成了壓力。

zeiwei is very hard to learn indeed !

ZiWei Dou Shu is not just the 4 directions which mostly practise, the 4 directions are an initial guide for how to analyse the ZiWei graph.
If the learner is too behold on just the 4 directions,then no break through in analysing the ZiWei graph.

Whether ZiWei DouShu is easy or hard to learn, this can be a subjective statement.
Certain people can easily pick up but some may not; of course, this arguement also depends on the learner alone or both learner and teacher on how deep the enthusiasm and focus about this ZiWei DouShu art.
The involvement in this art can be time consuming or in a matter of a finger click, like old Chinese Proverb states in my interpretation way,
