For the age 34(Chinese),
1. Friends or business partners will ask you to
1a. Lend money for them to invest or help in their business.

Remember not to talk too fast or quickly make any judgement. The best is to think for a moment before answering any questions from the interviewers.
This interview may become hard during the Q&A seesion but it is not to “afraid” of.
If you do meet(60% you may meet) foreign interviewer; you must not panic and just treat him/her as usual interviewer. Answer him/her in a steady and clear pace, don’t worry so much on grammitical of the language but clear to understand you.My final advice is, practise any possible Q&A related issues. Talk to anyone who has experience about this and ask for advice or you can refer to any materials from internet related website.
