同年月日时，分别南北方出生如何看？

有一女性朋友和男性朋友，同年月日时出生，只是女性在南方，男性在北方出生。
两人都有同样的病困扰，经历都差不多，但是十三岁之前的经历完全不一样。为何？
同样的命盘啊？？为何会这样？
