Based on your pasted chart, this year you have a lot of blockage in career,….No body listen to you in your work place or even your gf has her own idea to run the small business than accepting your idea.
You have the intention to leave the present work or hoping to change boss, but all these not realize as you wish.

Actually, my gf let me handle all the decesion in this small business…. she doesnt care much … … and .. the business is not very active anyway…… will see ….will see

Not even a chance to change my job? this year?
I am having quite alot of interviews recently……
i am very stressed in this place, I am going insane, seriously … I am not just complaining.
I do feel terrible when my crying baby boss approach me …. keep pushing me every 5 mins…. he only asks me when the things are done but not helpful and no supporting whenever there is a problem. Oh .. man ………

Actually …. the small business was my idea … but … dont worry … i only need to order the products when someone order from me. And, no office and store is needed.

I cannot slow things down because is not up to my control …. it’s my crazy boss. He always stand beside my desk and push and push me to do what so ever immediately …. AND ….. He “runs” in the office all the time …….

Everyone can walk to the meeting room, but he “runs” ….

But whatever I have a problem … he escapes away …

I will try my best to find a new job this year ….. no harm to try. Right?

CAn you tell me more about my future? What type of work I should do … ?

You can be a good engineer but not a good sales engineer because you are too “kind” to sell something you think that may not worth the value.
Finance, Teaching, engineering, police task, or government works are all well suit to you.
To do business, you have limit, meaning that you hardly get what you want.

Dear Master Jack,

Looks like you are reading my mind. My problem being a sales is too kind, or too real = stupid in this real world. Actually,
construction/engineering industry is a unclean industry, even if I work as an engineer, I always have to act as a PR, sales, coordinator, and lie all the time, instead of a technical professional. Being a sales engineer might be sometimes even simpler than being
just an engineer. Yeah .. hard to say sometimes, it really depends.

I am getting old (getting old to change and accepted by others), I don’t know and I wonder if I will able to have any chance to get
the other jobs you suggested. Mostly and maybe only sales job is the only position that I am able to change.

My life or my career seems totally screw-up…..

If you want to venture into this, the best timing is from November 2009 till end of next year. For beginning, the result is so-so until you have someone comes to help, this can be your girlfriend or anyone who interested to join up with you. I mean those who are willingly to join you, else not counted.

Venture? So you mean the risk is still high?

I thought I cannot do big business anyway, maybe I can do something small to survive.. for the rest of my life.
And, therefore I won’t forced by any seniors to cheat or lie to my customers anymore … how nice …!

But, if there is high risk, maybe I will start this later because …. I still have lots of debts to pay off. …

Maybe not yet a very good time? Or .. already a good time to start … ?
